So what does it means by conservative syndicators are not just about how the financial modelling aspect (eg: syndicator that took 10 year fixed loan is very different with syndicator with bridge loan 5 year 80%LTV floating debt) but also how about it operates its business.I do not care about their philosophy as well, if they have the PM as their own internal team, I could be their friend.

When people is asking to compare syndication vs DST it means it's totally newbie question too sorry too say.I would say the DST is more structured like an REIT, it's the Mercedez Benz of Commercial Real Estate.In syndication it's more like Fast-and-Furious drifting car haha, some of the operators really wild wild west, they are running with DSCR 0.6x to succumb investor's money.

I’d recommend going with a broker as they usually have better interest rates, and paying attention to rates (mortgagenewdaily.com) to see if they’ve fallen since you locked your rate and you could potentially float down to a better interest rate
