If I was in on this by myself, I would have kept up the fight and if it came down to going to court with them, I would have stood up for myself.

Now to clarify, I know how butthurt inexperienced investors can get when investing in Cleveland and not understanding how things go, so I am not taking their accusations at face value, it's not my fight, but it just goes to further illustrate that you have no regard for the truth when you speak.___ So, James what you have posted is irrelevant, What's conflicting?

I don't mind that, but the way this is set up is so that the tenants could delay the sale 6-9 months without ever having to prove they are financially capable of buying the property in the first place.

I'm not one to take risks but I feel I am capable of becoming a Real Estate Investor as long as I do my due diligence.

There have been multiple legal challenges to this position of the FTB (California tax department, or Franchise Tax Board), but I don't believe any CA resident won such a fight.

After finally surrendering to the city's opinion and not fighting the courts something great happened.

You can fight them, and before you do tell them you are going to have your attorney reach out.

My CPA feels that my bookkeeper is capable and I won't need someone different, but I did not share with him her recent health troubles as it's not my place.
