The algorithm on my social media is working - lots of syndication ads on my news feed promising great returns, since I comment on mostly real estate or financial posts.

You are replying to old threads and the feed is full of your spam. 

Apparently, they were living and feeding on the tenant's cats while the tenants were in the building.

This is just a sales funnel to get gullible people to feed deals to the company.

Deal shark doesn't look for a particular water area to feed in- deal shark looks for a particular type of meal.

It's not ideal, but once I generate a lead in Zillow, I just manually add them to my lead feed in Avail and then at least I can manage them from one place after the initial contact.

You can get a 30-day blast and it tracks what you know best and feeds you less of those and more of what you keep missing.

I would much rather receive truthful  advise from honest and direct people who don't feed me BS, even if what they say didn't excite my feelings.

with no seasoning on this model I suspect its some portfolio type lender.. but who knows maybe wall st is at it again.. now they know they have their bottom feeding hedge funds to  pick up the crumbs when their loans default  :)))
