If heat goes out in the winter we drop off several units, so they can be placed in different parts of the house - including every room with water like kitchen and bathrooms.We also have dehumidifiers, carpet blowers, shop vacs, puddle-sucker pumps, extra hoses, extra sump pumps with battery pack, squeegees, and portable AC units ready to deploy.

I'm here on the forum to better understand - how others would navigate a similar scenario.I guess I'm still shopping for the ingredients to determine if there is a 🍞 of bread and if I should even attempt to bake it.

Rates can fluctuate, so shopping around for the best deal is crucial.

If at another shop, let's say the grocery shop, the employee would leave the place instead of serving you that would be very quickly unacceptable.

Every once in awhile here on BiggerPockets a product like this makes an appearance and gets pumped up very aggressively, and the unfortunate thing is that it makes an impression on folks that are new to investing or may not have much of a financial background.Any seasoned lender will tell you that one of the most basic tenets of lending is that your loan must be secured or collateralized in some fashion.

This will give you more time to shop rates/fees than to be under the gun with a purchase loan.
