Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

Ultimately, good to hear from both sides (pros and cons)  It's not the right one for me and my goals-- but if it helps you get to the next stage, it might be the right one for you.

I’m at a stage where I’ve built a small portfolio and now I need partners/investors in order to continue my rate of growth. 

Challenges like this can ultimately set the stage for a better-performing asset in the long run.

I’ve since hired legal representation, but we are in very initial stages so haven’t gotten anywhere yet.

Whereas for me (at this stage of my investing career and my personal life) if a project is profitable and supports my ability to live somewhere with better cost of living and quality of life, the balance between the two can be just as valuable. 

We are not at the stage yet where you should spend tens of thousands of dollars on an attorney filing a lawsuit or requesting arbitration.

I think the concept is fascinating, and that it's in just the beginning stages, but here to stay.

Wages will also go up, and we will see a better labor/capital balance as we negotiate end-stage capitalism.
