They are basically the same as applicant number one except there is an opportunity for them to make more money with the second person if they chose to work which means higher probability you will get paid on time. 

Talk to an accountant prior to doing the cost segregation study.You want to discuss whether it will be beneficial or not.In general real estate is considered passive which means that it can't be used to offset other forms of income such as wages, interest, dividends, capital gains, etc.However, there are some exceptions where the real estate loss can offset these types of income.best of luck.

I agree with Chris, above, on pretty much everything except the white sands are on the Caribbean side.

This is so scary, I would NEVER do this type of deal again, and many investors are experiencing the same thing, except some are not even aware of the seriousness of their investment losses yet.  

My pricing is best on Airbnb (except for direct where the guest pays no platform fee).  

My cabins (1 to 5 bedrooms, all with views, and all except the 1 bedroom is further from town) are still performing well and most are on track to meet or exceed 2023 returns.The days of buying and everything running easy with people filling your dates and throwing cash at you are over.
