As U state these are small business enterprises and underfunded or not properly capitalized business are prone to astronomical failure rates.. 

How does the security of the solution play into running an incorporated enterprise and does that even matter when trademarking?

I'm essentially earning more as an independent contractor than I ever did as an enterprise employee, but because I can't file my taxes for 2021 yet, then only my 2019 and 2020 income will be considered making me unqualified, despite an 851 credit score and no debt other than current mortgage of 150k.  

They generally sell the parcels, but could conceivably just build a property and rent it out as a profitable enterprise.

It looks like you want to manage it well, but the enterprise level solutions (yardi, appfolio) are too expensive.

We live in Dothan, AL but looking for properties in Enterprise which is close to the military base here.

@Andy MirzaI read today from someone in Congress that IRA’s and retirement accounts should never be allowed to invest in private enterprise and that’s what earned income funds are for.

@Kevin Ivey I've been happy with Urban Enterprises.

I believe our credit union has a $20M cap so eventually we'll need to establish a relationship with another bank but I know Enterprise Bank (larger regional bank in our area) has a $100M cap per borrowing entity.
