I paid $960k for a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom ~5,000 SF home (dated) on a gorgeous 2 acres including gorgeous grounds, a quick walk to the nearest Festival entrance, and 40 or so minutes to Palm Springs.After $280k or so in remodeling the home (including adding 4 additional bathrooms), and $30k or so on enlarging the pool and improving the already impressive grounds (plus perhaps $30k in furnishings), we are grossing more then $400k a year in gross vacation rents. 

I have not had problems logging in, but we still can't enlarge the page on the IPad as we use to be able to before the system upgrade/change.

I'm looking for a recommendation for a good general contractor in San Francisco for a kitchen remodel.Size: 12'10 x 11'7 I want to take down a wall, enlarge a window, update electrical / gas line, and replace flooringI would appreciate any leads.

I think that even the shape of the house could be slightly enlarged, bringing the south unit up a little further.
