I was taught by my first government teacher that the *Declaration of Independence stated: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

That's not me being philistine - it's [at least part of] how real customers think and behave.The point is that in the creative industries, just as in other business sectors, we must learn to look at things from the point of view of customers, because it brings new insights which might be subtly (or radically) different from our perspective as the creator of our goods or services.

She’s also accused me of other things in the past, such as taking things out of her trash and being in parts of the house I’m not permitted in.My main questions are as follows: (1) does the landlord have to provide invoices when requested, and (2) if I choose not to pay them until I see the invoices, is the landlord empowered to charge me with late fees when nothing regarding that is on the lease document.
