You are in the right place to gain the knowledge to build an empire.

Now it's time to pull the trigger to start (or expand) your empire.

It would be ridiculous in my opinion to demand one on a property that I didn't bring to the buyer.That being said, I am doing my own form of off market farming, but more of a targeted-area traditional MLS listing AND/OR potential off-market deal, depending on condition as I am completely mentally exhausted and done with my service business that currently pays my bills (and wastes my time :) ) and have a burning desire to replace its income with RE commission ASAP so I can roll up my sleeves and start building a RE empire full time.

New here on the forums and just getting started educating myself on how I'm going to build my own real estate empire.

You could circle back around every 2-3 months but don't waist too much time on it. 

But I definitely wanted to really introduce myself to maybe meet some others who have battled addiction and tackled real estate, or possibly others who are trying to build their empire after an unforeseen accident of any kind.

That way you can renovate the property the way you want, update it if you need to with a roof or HVAC etc... and then get better rents for it when you move on to the next property as your empire grows.if you need a referral for a good 203K lender, let me know.
