Why would anyone think that the price of rent has anymore to do with "greedy" people than the price of a new car, or a new cell phone?!?! 

I had people say even a few hundred bucks too much free info yet have a $1000 cell phone.

My family is very frugal and minimalist, so other than food and baby stuff and a monthly public transportation ticket, 10 dollers a month for cell phone,  we have no expenses.So what do i do with all my income?

I ask this because it SUCKS to have all your eggs in 1 basket or even 2 baskets.

Don't be the person that you can see taking a cell phone photo in the bathroom mirror :) Most importantly, reply quickly when people reach out with interest.
