Unless you have heavy overhead and 1000+ LOs this is the most cost effective option 5.

I am left feeling that working with them was a wasted investment and decided to cut my losses and move on.

I went to an event recently & it was so much worse than just than 7 years ago (might be related that Jonathon was his top coach then & trained the other coaches & now Jonathon is not there).McCall is a complete waste of money. 

I wouldn't even waste money on it. my friend has had astroblaster since it started early 23' and in the hole with no success yet.

From experience, finding a knowledgeable accountant is key for handling taxes effectively, especially when splitting expenses, claiming deductions, and managing depreciation.

Most STR markets have seasonality, and there are untold issues in the future that will effect cashflow. 

And they execute their investment strategy/model (develop, resell, hold, etc.) effectively to generate a return and/or equity and make a living.
