Eastern Europe - Western Ukraine, Lviv, the very center of the old town, to be very precise.

With 3-plexes in Boston routinely selling close to $2M and in places like Cambridge, as high as $3M, these properties are simply not good prospects for most investors.The solution in eastern MA is to get away from the city.  20-30 miles out, properties are a LOT more affordable. 

Sacramento is a loose description too which usually includes the eastern suburbs.Bay Area: The local fundamentals create a unique market unlike no other.Oceanside, CA: West of the 5 for the most part means north of the 8, $800k that is.

I am in the Martinsburg area, in the Eastern Panhandle of the state.

Eastern Oregon is remote at best. cattle country.Then there is southern Oregon  Medford Grants pass.. although winter there can see long periods of inversion layers.but your closer to the really great Mtns of northern CA and redwood forests and lake Shasta ..
