I'm finally a member of Bigger Pockets. I'm glad to be part of the community. I was born and currently reside in Greenville, NC. I have worked as a Chemical Processor for the past 7 years. Recently, I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor in Science (Accounting).I always wanted to get involved with real estate, although I didn't know for sure which avenue I wanted to take. During my junior year in college I learned about being a Real Estate Investor. I plan on primarily focusing on buy and hold in eastern North Carolina. I'm also open to Fix and Flips.

Welcome to BP!  There is no other investment vehicle that increases net worth and throws off cash quite like real estate.  My wife and I grew up in Greenville and still go back to visit our family and our rentals a few times a year.  It's been a great area for us.

I would champion you to network with as many real estate professionals in Greenville as you can.  Now is the perfect time to invest in your education and your professional network.
