If you are looking for passive investors, you will need to do a Reg D or Reg CF or Reg A or Reg A+ raise and follow the SEC laws.There is a lot of information on BP about fund raising but it is always more challenging than it sounds, especially the first time around.

You must get SEC exemption in order to pool capital from passive investors, which is why you see REgulation D or 506b or 506c references in these cases.

The balance is completed by our vendors but the balance ends up being larger jobs or specialty jobs such as roof replacement, appliance delivery, sewer replacement, etc...We have alot of C&D or lower income which is 3.3 to 1 work order ratio.For us, we have always struggled to get quality new techs so we have focused on keeping the good ones we have happy, removing lack luster ones, and always trying to pay a little above market.
