crickets!!

Opened with $850 and crickets. 3 months earlier, before I was ready to rent, I had 3 great people ready to sign at $850.

By then we could text him a pic of the cashed check with both signatures....She cashed it signing his name as well.....crickets!!!

(Crickets)Now, this deal would have netted at least $20k for my company but you can go to school but you can't buy class!

(crickets) maybe not.Let’s frame this conversation by saying that NOT all opportunities start on realtor.com and that I’d like to know where other people take an opportunity to make it a good deal.

If you are any wholesaler for that matter can answer this question truthfully, I'm all ears.you will get Crickets form Kendal.. and for that matter 95% of the wholesale community you pretty much outed them all !!

Once there was a huge cricket in my house, I swear I almost packed a suitcase and moved out.

They're typically met by the professional world (called so because they make their living full time and pay their bills by becoming career people) with the sound of chirping crickets. 

I would say yes, but just like every state has some variables, all countries have their own idiosyncrasies.I needed to learn a lot when I came to the US, even though investing in RE is easier with less restrictions, it's a different ballgame.It's like cricket and baseball.

The reality is low end rentals will just eat out of state investors lunch.There was a thread a while back on BP that asked for anyone who had lived in CA or other areas and invested out of state that has been owned for more than 10 years.. the responses were crickets on BP...
