Yup just one.Then, they are cheaper, so less risk to your financial status if something goes wrong.Easier to fix, no basement and everything is accessible if you love spiderwebs, raccoons and other mysterious creatures that lurk in the dark.Buyers know what to expect so you really have to do a piss poor job if someone walks in and they are disappointed by your finishes. etc. etc.If you are looking for rentals...That is your best bet with mobile homes in my opinion.

@Anna Sagatelova is spot on:  the owner of the pet or animal is totally responsible for the animal (a service animal is NOT considered a "pet").If the lil creature is not getting their poop scooped, won't shut up, and are tearing up your yard via a doggie run, then I say OUT!
