I have not run into that yet, have you contacted them to share with them this misinformation?

Rent rate increases out pace p.tax and insurance rate increases in every instance but the most miniscule of time lenses. 

And about 25% of the time I get contacted a month or 2 later and I negotiate from there .

:I had a consultation with Andersons a month ago... his youtube videos are great and a lot of good information... but they have packages... and are VERY VERY expensive... for the same setup as other companies for a lot less.I contacted Royal Legal Solutions as well... packages as well and expensive.I also contacted the Small Business office in Kansas and a couple of local lawyers.So far Mark J K has been the best consultation and fees as very down to earth... but will confirm tomorrow :)

We stay in contact with this agent and I guess she made a couple of verbal offers for us after the agreement had expired. 

It looks like they have been in contact with you previously and have communicated the inspection date.

@Paige Corsello...You could call your bank contacts and find out if they are broker friendly.

We're working with a mortgage broker local to us and he has put us in contact with Lendbase as well.
