BUT, I am sick living in construction and would like to move to a new home and then finish fliping and sell or hold the two homes asap.

Numerous times I have been able to think through an issues that arose on a construction site and saved the Owner by proposing an alternate route to resolve it. 

I've got plenty of experience in both site built and mod construction. 

Hoping to go down one of two paths:1- Buy a condo or small single family home and build equity and create value with my maintenance/construction background.2- Find a cash provider to do this on a larger scale with a 3-5 unit building. 

In my market of Oklahoma City, you can buy new construction under $250k in good school districts.

Build sleeping pods that are mostly soundproof (double walled construction) and ventilated.
