Together I have $50k in deposits for North Port, so a lot on the line for me.Needless to say, after 3 years and counting to have a single house built in Cape Coral, I don't know how I can confidently move forward with the North Port builds.

My opinion is that if people were making reasonable business calculations, these types of cases wouldn't even get there as the end result would be a judge having his eyes effectively glazed over and losing confidence in the efficacy of the sub metering solution.

For illustration purposes if I were given the opportunity to finance my construction projects at 8O% LTC full recourse or 70% partial recourse I will select the higher levered recourse option because have confidence in my projects knowing the debt is sub 60% LTV and want the benefit of leverage.
