However, if the park electric was installed with conduit, that is something that can be easily remedied by replacing the existing wires with a larger size. 

I do have a ton of equity in it and plan to do a conduit or something at some point, but have chosen not to pull any out yet.

The ongoing P&I payments may be made directly to the creditor or to the trustee as a conduit payment, depending on the plan.

It's function is primarily the same as a stormwater runoff conduit would be in most of the suburban neighborhoods in the area.

You have to know that drain lines take precedence and tell the other trades that "Yes, you need to move your duct work because it is in the way of my drain line" Make your electrician find another way to run his conduit and keep the peace. 

Here are some things you need to know:1) you can only get a cash-out refi with a CMBS "conduit" loan or a Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac "agency" loan.

CMBS loans are packaged and sold by Conduit Lenders, commercial banks, investment banks, or syndicates of banks.

For example; all water supply Is conducted through copper and only by a licensed plumber, all electric is hard piped through conduit.
