Take all your top competitors' reviews and have ChatGPT analyze them for amenities and see if it would be unique to you. 

Luckily I invested in a place that will let me hire out my own PM so I get to dictate the rates but I'll make sure to offer something my competitors won't.

I've always believed that there is nothing wrong with being a "copy cat" as long as you copy the "right cat" 🐱What prompted my question is just recently we had a local competitor literally use the same design and layout for their website as our own.And not the first time something like this has happened over the years and personally, I find it quite endearing 😘Would love your thoughts?

These are not competitors for larger STR but they are efficient alternatives and competitors to smaller STR.

I think it's very important to differentiate and NOT be the same as your competitors.

You may want to mention that you will not permit any adult content or advertisements for a competitor (we will be operating our business next door).

Example:  We took over a management agreement last year for a Landlord / Owner that was with a local competitor. 

Airbnb and VRBO have some really strong competitors coming up behind them.
