If you want to get started asap in real estate, I think the most powerful thing you could do to get started is to buy yourself a home to live in that you can house hack (rent out spare rooms etc). 

Can you rent 1 or 2 of the spare bedrooms to increase the cash flow? 

I am building 2 additional buildings on the spare land.

For now, spend all of your spare time in the forums, and listen to every podcast. 

Rent out the spare rooms and possibly cut your living expenses to zero, or close to it.

Tools I use for my STR business are Hospitable, Safely, & Touchstay.Important note to consider:If you're the go-getter type with time to spare and want to be hands-on, I'd recommend self managing and capturing as much revenue as you can by implementing tools like PriceLabs, Hospitable, TouchStay, etc to run a more efficient STR!

With fill dirt and compacting and inspections, it's at least $10k......!

My bigger goal is to expand from there as a real estate investor to have all my expenses covered by my investments with more to spare.
