Hi all, 

My name is Shannon, I'm writing from Denver, CO, and I'm here to learn. My first goal with RE investing is to make a quick deal with low or no money down to get some money in my pocket asap. My bigger goal is to expand from there as a real estate investor to have all my expenses covered by my investments with more to spare. I'm probably similar to all the rest of you with these goals :) I'm also hoping for a little bit of mentorship to get started; still curious to know where that's going to come from.
