Once you're ready, create a goal (e.g., "I will buy at least one single-family home, duplex, triplex, or fourplex before the end of 2019") and then do it.

I am a resident physician in dermatology, during  medical school I bought a property in Denver with an Interest rate of 2.75% (COVID rates lol) with the goals of renting it out when I moved onto the residency.

PMC is the professional that will have the most alignment with your goals - agents, lenders, inspectors, etc., are ONLY transaction based.A PMC has to deal with your property, tenants & maintenance EVERY DAY until you sell or terminate them.A great PMC can provide contractors and also check out properties for you.

A common term for these is payroll loan, but there is other terms as well.
