Designing the home thoughtfully with the area in mind helps, and color is super popular! 

Maybe BP should create a graphic, like different color rings around profile picture (only 1 ring broken into quads) to indicate what type of investor you are - high/low $/door, STR/LTR, buy-hold/flip, Cbus vs rest of country, deal volume, etc.

The salmon color, not so much.

I really disliked their interface and the colors.

We removed 4 walks (including load baring), installed 2 walls, added half bath, replaced all plumbing and electrical, added new eye brow porch, painted full exterior (changed color), replaced all flooring, new bathroom and kitchen layout with everything replaced (shower, cabinets/vanity, counter, appliances, etc), stocked with new furniture, added mini split, removed gas/wood fireplace and added a new electrical fireplace, and placed initial STR tenant in 2 months and 1 week.  

And for upkeep between renter, a lite sanding of the current top coat will be enough of a prep for a new top coat.Good luck and remember to wear a face mask !!!!!!!

The texture does cover a lot, and has imperfections already.This guy said how hard it would be to match the paint color and he would have to feather the paint out on either side of the repair.I had a crazy idea to try to do this myself, too.

All bets are off in some jurisdictions if you refuse to rent based on race, color, etc.

He has developed a map of the city and surrounding areas with color codes.

I don't care about someone's color, religion, sexual proclivities, their stance on green energy, political affiliation, etc.I want people that pay rent on time, take care of the property, and communicate when needed.
