Its been quite the roller-coaster ride to say the very least.I have also been in the process of building a local Meetup group of BP members and that has been a great experience.

I'm not willing to take the 40-45% hit by withdrawing money from IRA and I don't want to deal with all the headaches of investing in RE via an IRA, easy decision to leave it in the market.The market is an emotional roller coaster, it's gets much easier with experience but it definitely has a small affect on my daily mood.  

With crazy high interest rates being driven by global deflation and here to stay for a while, expert a roller coaster in real estate every 18 years.

Just want to put things in perspective on why some of us west coasters are jumping all over a 6% cap rate. 

Bump for the west coasters getting out of bed, or anyone else who wants to post :-)

Lots of work goes into it so be ready for at least a 6 months to a year roller coaster.

haha).Just say "WOW" when you read the numbers below and "AHH" when you look at the photos.Also, NEVER FORGET that Real Estate is a roller coaster of a ride and there will be many times when you will loose a $#!
