How I Completely Got My A$$ Back On This Deal - $30,000 Profit

G'Day everyone,

It's your favorite Aussie here again and The Real Estate Dingo.

Not too long ago I posted about a property that I lost $25,000 of my hard earned CASH - Ka Ching Ka Ching $$$

Click on the throwback link as a reminder - How I Completely Lost My A$$ On This Deal

I am writing to you today with my head held HIGH and my tail wagging as I just made a $30,000 profit in this awesome deal.

There was not much that went wrong with this one besides the odd unexpected rehab expenses. To be honest, over the last 350 deals I've done I haven't been on budget once.

WHY don't I come in on budget when renovating? Send me a message and I'll share with you a mental trick I play on myself and everyone else when doing a scope of works for the renovation (How about that for a "call to action" teaser? haha).

Just say "WOW" when you read the numbers below and "AHH" when you look at the photos.

Also, NEVER FORGET that Real Estate is a roller coaster of a ride and there will be many times when you will loose a $#!% load of money. At the end of the day as long as you make more than you loose, you'll do well. And the numbers below will SHOW that it sure does beat working a DAY JOB...

*** Numbers ***

Purchase Price - $34,000

Rehab $40,000

Sold - $115,500

Closing Costs - $10,000

Profit - $30,000

***Photos***

I hope you enjoyed this post and found it inspirational.

Much success to you all in 2016
