Regardless of which side of the line posts are on, I think the problem that is brewing is that Reafco agents, rightly or wrongly, are:- Associated with flocking to forum threads about various Ohio markets and doing everything just shy of crossing a clear line in the sand to tell everyone about how they can help them buy and sell property.- Being made fun of by some forum power users- making other forum users actively angryI think that the remedy here might be less about how to determine whether there is a right or wrong side of the letter of the law with our forum rules, and to think instead about how team members can be trained to add genuine value to forum discussions and position themselves and your firm as the kinds of folks who really add value to forum posts.

For instance, I think any place that's flood or hurricane prone (coastal places, Florida, etc.) will have sky high insurance so I'd avoid.

If that's not the case and the GC still requires 1/3 payment up front,  it means they have other projects that are suffering or lack quality subcontract relationships and can't place them on net 30's and when contractors are moving money around to cover for other projects,  that's a slippery slope.
