A quick google search shows the typical IP address for an AT&T router as 192.168.1.254Type this into your web browser when you're connected to the wifi, and you'll be able to login.

If there are no new programs check to see if you have an extension on your browser that's causing the problem if so uninstall that extention.

Just a heads up...the new Safari is lightning fast (so far) on my pc.
