my cousins taught there horse to pull a coaster wagon like a buggy,,,cept buggies are a whole lot wider and MUCH more stable(and dont run up and hit horses hoofs going down hill)(cause they aint got no brakes).Ever try a coaster wagon at horse full speed??

Bottom line is, you have a set rent price and it can not be changed dramatically enough to make this a good investment so I stand behind my origianl suggestion to sell and try and at least pocket a little cash, if not brake even and move on.

Two problems a corner lot can have is exhaust fumes and vehicle noise (motor, brakes, radio, kids, etc) when cars stop to wait for traffic before continuing on, especially in the morning traffic hours.
