From my short and unsatisfied experience with seminars and webinars is that you are bombarded with information there is simply no way to retain it unless there is supporting written material, forms, samples, check lists, etc.If you decide to go that way, my suggestion would be to have all that available to download for those who sign up.Good luck.

As an investor, it can work out to your advantage, but at the same time, when you have a short sale listed 80% or below FMV you will get bombarded with calls and offers.

do you also charge or attempt to charge a % negotiation on the final HUD1 I for one am not for your program simply because I'm very experienced in short sales and I now have my own negotiator/processor who does quite well but these are questions you are going to get bombarded with here on BP as we're all not real hip to those that charge outrageous fee's at weekend bootcamps/seminars or anyone that presents themselves as a guru or that claims to have a secret.
