It was forty minutes from my house, next to the beautiful Golden Gate State Park, fifteen minutes to the casinos of Black Hawk, fifteen minutes to the quirky town of Nederland and twenty minutes to skiing.

Like No blacks  No Asians  No Jews etc etc.

As we walked out the front door and approached our cars, the contractor looked down and noticed that he had multiple black fleas on his pant legs.

Get a camper, paint it brown or black, cut out a window, put a college kid inside and sell coffee.

I just had a large group check out and our cleaner informed us that while most of it was what you'd expect from a large group, the bunk room had two sets of bloodied sheets, imprints on the black out shades, multiple chalk drawings on the garage floor, various towels used to remove makeup, various dirt handprints on the walls, and didn't run the dishwasher.

The other thing I notice and this goes from East Coast to west coast northern border to southern border is the poor have an affinity for red or black gauze like curtains.

We’ve been sanding and painting kitchen cabinets and applying new modern black hardware and new black hinges to make them pop.

On one of their finds, they told us that they found black mold in the kitchen and bathroom, which is interesting since I painted and redid the faucets in those two areas, and saw none.
