They plaintiffs' attorneys argued that realtors making too much at 2.5%-3% but they had no issue keeping 30%-40% of a Billion dollar verdict. 

Same like AUM too or when realtor says their firm managed 5 billion transaction lol

We know DSCR lenders are backed by large wall street hedge funds everyone knows that and they have millions if not billions behind them anything but a private lender who is someone you know personally etc.. its one reason they can do non QM and take that huge risk of only basically lending on the asset and its cash flow. 

In Mexico, a country I know particularly well, it's billions and billions of dollars.

😀So I speak with some actual first hand investing experience.It’s is never as good as some think and it is never as bad as some think.While some big name syndicators have crashed and burned, the truth is this only represents a small share of the market.The overwhelming number of MF properties are owned by long term owners with fixed rate debt and Billions in Equity - those people are not in trouble.I believe perhaps 10% of the MF stock is owned by syndicators.

But a multi-billion dollar credit card company is not going to try and work with you.
