Its a big business and has infected all of social media including Facebook,  Linkdin  and BP  and of course connected Investors they really are prevalent on that site.Google Lendinghome  they have a nice matrix on how they lend money and the pricing structure  this would be a template for reality on pricing and experience.

In my opinion, It allows the governor (for example) to order someone hoarding medical supplies to turn them over, something the federal government can do anyway, and unless you have 2 million masks, it probably won't happen.It gives the governor the ability to direct resources to needing communities without a state congress vote during the emergency, letting us move vaccines to counties that are having high infection rates.And, it limits the powers given to "within the scope of emergency management" meaning the powers can ONLY apply to the emergency that has been declared.Just my 2 cents on that proposed bill.

I had one yesterday in Maryland where agents were allowed to go.....I had one last week in MD where the closing took place outdoors.And every closing has been a split closing, with buyers and sellers signing at different days/times. our title companies have converted their conference rooms they have big glass walls up like you see at super markets. big box of pens so you use a brand new on every signing.. of course your hand sanitizer  Mask and some wear gloves as well.Oregon has had on of the lowest covid infection rates.

@Logan Parrette Unfortunately what you are describing has infected many markets and 'investors' are buying stuff that may never cash flow or provide much of a return.In our area everything within a half day's drive of Seattle is on fire.
