I find that really they were just a broker on steroids.. they could not table fund..

I am between projects so right now I only have one big Charleston spec that's pre sold at 2.2  and one other in Charleston going its a 2 bigger house with a full house behind like a ADU on steroids .. almost done and one more nice 500k one just finished and on the market with a potential buyer.. 

Rents were under market and I’ve now raised them, renovated and done a value add which is essentially like a jacked up BRRRR on steroids.

It has a mobile app, and allows you to create essentially spreadsheets on steroids, with massive customization. 

That IMHO is like a steroid shot for some geo's outside fo the area but lord knows how sustainable it is.
