System/Software for a new flipper/project manager

Tonya Spivey

I am a newbie and would love to know what and where to start getting organized. Also would love the ability to jot down ideas as I do the initial walk thru for each project and what vendors will be working on the project. Phone app version would be great as well....  Thanks for the help!

If you're just getting started, check out AirTable (airtable.com). It has a mobile app, and allows you to create essentially spreadsheets on steroids, with massive customization.
