Probably naive on my part from listening to sales person, but I explained that I was pressed for time on my day job, and he told me Flipsystem only requires 3-5 hours a week tops.

Never had any issues with the automatic messaging, accidental double bookings, etc.

So we had to manually block off the dates for about 80 reservations across a bunch of properties.Well, we missed one and accidentally took a booking on our listing for dates that should have been blocked off. 

If mixed in with your deposits and reserve funds, you may accidentally spend money you shouldn't have.

Newmark sells them in other states (not TN & SC) and I've seen companies like Heritage Affordable Communities purchase them and have press releases on it. 

@Rhyna OrillanedaThere are some good options in CA and people still want to live there despite all the bad press.

@Andres Mata the negative press will steal the headlines and become the front-page news.

You can drive by them, you can maybe press your nose against a window to look and see what you can see if the property is abandoned... but you don't know what you don't know about the property.We have bought 4 properties through foreclosure.  3 worked out about as we expected.  

And then when things get pressed on it we say "oh, that will never happen" until it does....
