The original offering was to keep you happy, but the counteroffer was absurd and trying to take advantage of my generosity. 

There is a lot of false information out there regarding 1031 exchanges and one of them is that you'll have to pay taxes eventually.

It is just false advertising in fact. 

This is absurd. 

I've received 2 K1's so if this is fraud then i'd imagine they've committed a federal offence by issuing false documents to the federal authorities.

I did not have anyone that guided me through the "false summit" process with the building department.I was not getting enough 2nd or 3rd opinions at a time when I was still too new to all of this.

its called unconscionable profit.. when wholesalers provide extremely false information as to the true value of the property they are buying. these are all facts and circumstances cases if a case is brought. 

Hi BiggerPockets Team,I have a tenant which hasn't paid rent for sometime and has damaged the property and local legalaid attorneys are helping the tenant by throwing the kitchen sink at me by false accusations :) Do you have recommendation for Eviction Lawyers in the area who I can talk to get advise and representation?

The post from Teresa Meng is false and my attorney is now handling this slander and libel thats continuing as she was previously already put on notice.
