I have sold some of my properties and closed my yoga studio.

Anybody can claim to have a "therapy pet" and there's nothing you can do about it, even if it's damaging your property.

To me what comes to mind are sole proprietors that need temp space for their startup ie new yoga instructors -OR- seasonal businesses that need a short term commercial lease.

HOWEVER, if the neighbor is 💯 aware of the way his behavior (that is directly related to his brain cancer) is affecting his neighbors, he's discussed said issues with the offended neighbors, and he REFUSES to get treatment/cognitive behavioral therapy etc and will not attempt to do anything to curb the dispute btwn himself and the neighbors, he can and should be evicted.

One needs to find balance through yoga, exercise or just quiet time, and the secret that NYers know is that we all take that time.  

But you can really scrub down what you need so the download bill is not so hefty.The real cost is in bulk mail so you want to make sure you really choose an "industry specific" bulk mail company vs. a generic one who does "everything for everyone," like mailers to a neighborhood that a new yoga studio just opened.I've been mailing property owners since the '90s and made just about every mistake you can make.

I used to try to talk him into expanding into a rental empire, but he never found it that interesting, so I'd make plans of my own in "make believe land" :) I've been researching rentals and investing for 20+ years now.I am very interested in getting an income that's somewhat passive of about $90K+/year through small multi-family homes within the next 10 years (if possible) so that I can pursue other interests with my wife related to yoga/wholeness and Christian ministry- we love that stuff and I'm both a pastor and a certified yoga teacher... just to keep things interesting

It helped us learn how to build a team and a system to where I can still run my therapy practice and meet with 24-32 clients a week and build a real estate portfolio.

Also, prior to starting this new job, I have been in respiratory therapy school for 2 years full-time with no income.I have known many nurses who started out fine with FHA loans at 3.5% down a few months into their job after graduation despite not having any previous work experience.
