For example, you can see the "trending" - is the applicant improving their credit score (getting better at paying on time), or is the applicant worsening?

It's too easy to wake up 5 years from now and realize you've done nothing or worsened your position.

There was some exaggeration in the review, but I suspect a lot of the items listed did bother the guest and as they thought about their stay their feelings about the unit worsened.  

I expect this is becoming a worsening problem as we experience greater weather swings from climate change (longer dry / wet spells).

For better or worse, if you get educated your terms will probably worsen...
