The ones I manage total to 20 bedrooms.These rooms rent for between $125 to $225 per week depending on room size and amenities in the room (beyond basic amenities may include: Desk, Tv, private entry, tenant controlled AC, additional storage).This month after padsplit takes their 14.25% cut of the revenue I am recieving, from the units I own, $15,230 from 3 homes.

But our timeframe is a year from now, so we're still figuring everything out.I work in film/tv post-production and while I may be able to do the work from home thing with that job (at least to some degree), I will need to replace much of my income with this new business.Thanks again- I'm sure I will have more questions as I do some more exploring....

Another option ($$$) Might be to engage an advertising company, and have them flood the local radio, TV and Internet With bi-weekly news stories about the coming business, focusing on the number of jobs that will be created.The number of jobs both for construction workers to build it, and the number of employees that will staff it over the shifts it will be open.
