Anyone know of anybody in town (Las Vegas or Henderson) willing to open a bank account for a series llc cell?

just happened to my daughter in Vegas.. she normally works the Lux market so downpayment not an issue..

If you are open to any location and have that much cash, I'd look somewhere a bit closer like SLC metro, Reno, Vegas, Arizona, or other growing markets in the western half of the US over Columbus. 

For example, in Las Vegas,"Dogs, cats, ferrets, pet rabbits and potbellied pigs that enter the city for any purpose must be spayed or neutered by four months of age unless the owner has a current exemption." 

In Vegas I keep mine at 80 in summer.. feels  good to me.. and I need to take a jacket to any restaurant I go to since its 72 in those places and I freeze  LOL.

1)They don’t come off the price because they are literally building the comps for their next build. 2) DR Horton’s pre-purchase inspectors (at least in Vegas) ar pickier than I was as a buyer.
