In Japan that kind of yield would not be found in Tokyo, but in the higher risk areas where occupancy rates are lower.

Hello all,  Harry from Tokyo here and as I have just recently started listening to the BP podcasts (love them btw), I decided I should reach out and introduce myself. 

How many flights a day between Tokyo and Bangkok or Tokyo and Hong Kong, or Hong Kong and Singapore.   

I am from Atlanta, Georgia, but have been living in Asia (currently Tokyo) for the past 7 years.  

(LEH) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Monday in New York, listing debts of $613 billion and naming as unsecured creditors owed hundreds of millions of dollars banks from Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, Singapore and Taipei, among others.

We are in the second great suburban migration, empowered by virtual working, civil unrest, politics of the day, and just a desire to not like like a Tokyo sub-division.

Also own a condo in Tokyo Japan. 

To people from some of these places like Sydney, London, NYC, & Tokyo; Los Angeles is still cheap. 

Anyway, if it keeps going up, Bay area will become like Tokyo.

Global Impact due to Corona Virus Disneyland Tokyo, Japan will close for 2 weeks, through March 15.The HAJJ has been canceled this year by Saudi Arabia.
