I am currently driving for dollars but it has become a pain with a screaming infant and screaming toddler in the car so I figured I would try something else.

But I can't get through a podcast without my toddler being absolutely terrified by the voice that says "fire round".

I highly value my time with my family and even more so am so privileged to have a job that can support my family while my wife is at home with our two toddlers.

I'm looking to purchase a home in Erie or Broomfield CO, where my family(2 toddlers, 2 huskys) can live comfortably on the first two floors, and we would rent out rooms/suites in the basement.

However, I live in a constant fear of my wife/mother of our toddler.

I will say that if you start getting a lot of families, be prepared for the constant need to clean up crumbs, bits of paper, stickers, and other detritus from your floors from toddlers, along with smeary handprints on glass surfaces.

Some tenants really are just grown-up toddlers ;)
