That said, if the property you're attempting to finance is materially larger than the properties you currently operate (IE - you're trying to finance a 30 unit building, but have only operated a series of 4-plexes to date), then sometimes this rule gets thrown out the window and you'll still be subject to the "Limited Multifamily Experience Sponsor" re-sizing parameters. 

On arrival the house rules also included how things worked in the unit (TV, Laundry, etc.), where things are (cleaning supplies, trash, etc.) and points of interest in the area (such as local attractions and restaurants).As I am new and definitely still learning, if I missed something please let me know.Wish you the best as you get set up!

After a series of phone calls and emails, Veterans in Parking subsequently offered me a seat on their board of directors; which I accepted.

I took apart my TV (a few times, and the toaster) when I was 11 and after a little parental lecture, they encouraged it (this time with Goodwill appliances).

We can assist with some minor items and bill the labor fee (i.e. hanging TV's, building some furniture, etc). 

I've been watching countless Youtube videos he puts out, joined his FB group, and have been watching his A&E tv series.
