I was wondering if I need to get a Top or a Boundary survey done?

These are all best execution for a well qualified sponsor. The below terms are live as of this date, for a rate and term refi (no cash out).

The cost starts with  1.) plan cost (survey, civil engineer, site plan, architect, structural engineer, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (short for MEP) plans, etc.).

What's somewhat interesting to me is that there is not a line item for survey.

I have seen 2 recent surveys on this subject.  

A lot of the things a mortgage company requires is to protect their financial interests (and subsequently protect you also)....getting title insurance, a survey, an assessment/inspection, and requiring home owner's insurance. 

If I am a Dave Ramsey fan, I am tickled pink about being included and thus fill out the survey.
