So, I supplement it by searching the applicant out on my state's court website which is free.

Some of them get creative and get roommates, have to find a part time job to supplement their income or move to a less expensive place though that can be hard for long time residents as all of their support is in the area. 

Sometimes I play for supplemental income, sometimes I play for wealth/equity gain.  

For those people, I urge them to find a side hustle that can help supplement that. 

I do not have the level Of patience required to enjoy owning an investment that I have to supplement for years.  

Meaning, not in the listing, not in the supplements, not a suggested amount, nothing.

We BRRRR 8-10 per year and the flips supplement the money left in the BRRRRs.

The only thing I don't like about most of this money is that it's locked up until I hit 59.5 years old but I will be happy it's there to help supplement our rental income. 

Some of those being sales tactics, MLS access, network for investing, market data, insider industry partner networking, obviously extra income to supplement your USAF income, helping fellow vets/servicemembers and any buyers/sellers at that, and not having to pay an agent when you are accumulating properties as well. 

They focus on golfers and supplement it with the beach atmosphere.
