I've not and am not buying now because I'm traveling, but I've heard about the town's growth on and off for a few years as well as Goodnight's backing of Chatham Park, a major project which it seems the locals resist because it will turn a small town into a bigger one.

Pex plumbing is very resistant to bursting as well.Rehabs still happen in the winter, but you won't generally be out painting the exterior.

As long as you can resist temptation, I would suggest this...On-line courses are good, but can't replace the classroom because a good instructor can teach you the business as well as guide you toward passing the test.A number of Brokerages will put on cost effective, license training at their offices.Just understand that while there, they will market to you to join them.Good luck...

I work for an architecture firm that does schools and courthouses and that sort of thing, and we often spec LVT because it's durable, scuff resistant, lasts a long time, and comes in all sorts of different shapes/sizes/looks.
