David,i have something in the works similar to what you said. in regards to the lawsuit i should have mentioned i was referring to outside liability lawsuits. not inside. i will have to look it up but to my recollection i believe in the case of outside lawsuits, the laws of where the LLC was formed take precedent. ill post when i get to reread that section.

edit: Just reread, your doing a new kitchen, I'd defiantly put both in, a DW won't cost much more than a 24" cabinet!

I re-read your reasons "payment plan" was in there and it hit me.

I reread it in it's newer versions a number of times, and used the book as both a blueprint and motivator to begin my real estate investing career in 1979.

To sum up I got an accepted offer of 53 K, and since i am a newbie took me a couple of days to read and re-read the contact and the addendum's, when i finally signed , another higher offer was also accepted, leaving mine as backup (1st lesson learned -->gotta be fast!!)

If it's FHA, it can be as high as $729k, but the fees are crazy with FHA.You made me re-reading his post and think again.
